My name is Ervin Clark and I'm a quadriplegic. I moved into a two bedroom with my brother who was on probation from Alabama. He violated and was sent back down to serve out his time. My rent is 450, my light bill is 176, and my water is 73. I got in troble with the law in 2006 and have to pay my probation of 70 every month. That comes to about a little over 700 a month. I only get 600 a month from SSI. My probation is 1600. If there is anyone out there that can help me, please give me a hand. If only I can pay that off then I can live independently.
